Amanda Hartmann

Amanda is a Speech-Language Pathologist with over 25 years experience – experience which has led to a passion for working with children and young adults with disabilities. She has specialist skills and knowledge in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), literacy and technology. During her career she has presented on AAC and Assistive Technology to schools, organisations and at conferences both nationally and internationally. She currently divides her time between a busy private practice, as a consultant in AAC supporting teachers in classrooms, and at AssistiveWare. She also provides the AAC lectures to Speech Pathology students at the University of Queensland.
