Janet Callahan
Janet Callahan is a neurodivergent Indigenous mom of neurodivergent Indigenous teens, one of whom uses AAC as their primary method of communication. She is the founder of Lakhotiyapi AAC, a Lakota language AAC project. She has a degree in mechanical engineering and a certificate in project based language learning for teaching Indigenous languages.
