Melanie Derry
Melanie Derry, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a Training and Technical Assistance Associate for VCU’s Autism Center for Education (ACE) and an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist. Before joining VCU-ACE, she spent 13 years as an SLP in public schools, focusing on children who use alternative and augmentative communication systems. Melanie is dedicated to training and supporting educators and families to ensure that all individuals have access to meaningful communication.
