Stephanie Meehan
Dr. Stephanie Meehan is a speech-language pathologist who has specialized in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) for over 10 years. She is currently a Visiting Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Illinois Chicago in the department of Disability and Human Development. Dr. Meehan has presented nationally and internationally on research and clinical issues related to AAC. Her research interests are related to pre-service speech-language pathologists training and foundational knowledge in AAC, school-based AAC services, AAC and developmental disabilities across the lifespan, and DEI within the field of speech-language pathology at large.
