Ayana Singh

Ayana Singh is the founder and CEO of Equal Speaks Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to expanding communication access and advocacy for neurodivergent individuals. Through Equal Speaks, she develops technology-driven solutions and leads community initiatives that support autistic, nonverbal, and semi-verbal individuals and their families. She is the creator of ConnectAAC, an AI-powered augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) application designed to provide personalized communication support. Through outreach efforts and community partnerships, ConnectAAC has reached more than 1,000 individuals, increasing awareness of accessible communication technology. Ayana also conducts research at the intersection of neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and autism spectrum disorder. Her work focuses on applying machine learning and neuroimaging data to better understand autism and improve support for neurodivergent individuals. Additionally, through nonprofit fundraising and advocacy initiatives, she has helped raise thousands of dollars to promote heart health education and awareness within the autism community.
