Mixed Creative Arts, Saline, MI, United States of America

I am a lifelong dancer, a reflective poet, and a playful artist. I live with multiple invisible disabilities and channel my artistic gifts by teaching mixed creative arts classes to disabled and non-disabled people. My mixed creative arts methodology combines accessible dance, art, and reflective writing prompts in the same class. I encourage slowing down, going at your own pace, and bringing artists of different backgrounds together to learn from and inspire each other. Among my offerings of mixed creative arts online classes, I offer peer support for chronic illness warriors, private accessible dance lessons, and movement, art, and meditation sessions. Finding joy through dance, art, and reflective writing or poetry helps me persevere through struggles with my own disabilities, connect with my community, and stay sane in trying times.
