Seng Koon Yong

ISAAC Singapore Chapter

Seng Koon is an AAC advocate and the Vice President of ISAAC Singapore.  He has presented in several workshops including an AAC Caregiver Training Programme, an ISAAC Taiwan workshop and several ISAAC AAC Also Can activities. He has also participated and provided feedback in several research projects.  Seng Koon strongly believes in the power of AAC and Communication to enable the individual to express themselves to the fullest.
